Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit, less a 15% restocking fee. Returns with Baja Lights are NOT ACCEPTED.
Refunds apply to the cost of the product only and do not include shipping charges or any other fees. To qualify for a refund, all returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and free from any damage. Please include all original packaging, manuals, hardware, and any other accessories or materials that came with the product. Missing or damaged items may result in a reduced refund or the denial of the return.
Cancellation Policy
Because our products are built to order, all orders begin processing immediately after they are placed. Cancellation requests may be submitted before the order has shipped; however, approved cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee to help cover payment processing, material, and labor costs. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our Return Policy, if eligible.
